Life Chef Alina Z using her proven Eat-Play-Love system helps clients transform and go from always tired and hungry to feeling happy, satisfied and empowered. The main theme of our photo shoot was playfulness. We had discussed the location, what acro yoga poses would be used, outfits, and food items. Alina Z uses these images for her website, social media, and business cards, and includes them in her video presentations.
